Refund policy

This is a translation of the French version, which prevails in case of any discrepancy.

Version of 3 November 2026

Who issues refunds

The eDrumWork subscription is sold by Sold through Link, LLC, a Stripe group company acting as reseller (“Merchant of Record”): it collects the payment, issues the invoice and handles refund requests. The right of withdrawal and refunds are governed by its purchase terms, which include its refund policy.

Requesting a refund

Cancellation

  • You can cancel at any time from the Subscription page, using “Manage my subscription”, or from your Link account at link.com.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period: access remains open until that date, then no further payment is taken. Cancelling does not, by itself, refund the current period; a refund can be requested from Link support as described above.

Deleting your account

  • If a subscription is active, it is canceled immediately when the account is deleted, with no automatic refund of the current period; a refund can still be requested from Link support as described above. The screen reminds you of this before any confirmation.
  • To keep using your subscription until it ends, cancel it first and delete your account afterwards.
